Capability Building
Truss Ugavi offers an all-encompassing learning and knowledge transfer solution, curated based on gaps identified in your processes. This is administered as a combination of classroom training, real life business simulation driven by technology and an in-situ (on-site/on-the-job) capstone learning experience which serves as the culminating and usually integrative experience of our capability-building program.
